Please read these Terms and Services carefully before using the mobile detailing services provided by Soapland LLC.

By booking and utilizing our services, you ("you," "the customer") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer mobile vehicle detailing services as described on our website, social media, or during the booking process. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Exterior washing and drying

Wheel and tire cleaning

Interior vacuuming and cleaning

Window cleaning (interior and exterior)

Dashboard and trim cleaning

Seat cleaning and conditioning (fabric, leather, and vinyl)

Carpet and upholstery shampooing

Steam Cleaning (not recommended on electronics e.g., infotainment system, radios, aftermarket stereo headers, seat warmers/coolers, seat massagers, steering wheel controls, climate controls, door locks, window locks, window controls. Services will be provided at the request of the customer, by requesting steam cleaning services on such devices you are acknowledging that Soapland LLC is not liable for any damages that may occur during or after services.)

Waxing

Polishing

Glossing

Ceramic Coating

Paint sealant application

Headlight restoration

Engine bay cleaning (at customer's request and our discretion)

Specific service packages and their inclusions will be outlined during the booking process. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be made via phone, email, our website, or other designated platforms.

All bookings are subject to availability.

A confirmed booking constitutes a contract for the agreed-upon services on the specified date and time.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. However, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, equipment malfunction) may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as reasonably possible.

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle location and access information. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of the service.

item We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the vehicle is deemed to be in an unsafe or excessively unsanitary condition that poses a risk to our staff or equipment.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are provided on our website, service menus, or quoted during the booking process.

Prices may vary depending on the size, condition, and type of vehicle, as well as the specific services requested.

Any applicable taxes will be added to the final price.

We accept payment via [List accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, debit card, cash, online payment platforms].

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or bookings. The amount of the deposit will be communicated at the time of booking.

Soapland LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work.

Your payment to Soapland LLC is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.

Soapland LLC limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

If the job takes 20% longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $50 per every half hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of Soapland LLC employees (We will ask you before proceeding with extra charge).

All Sales Are Final.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon location and time.

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and excessive trash from the vehicle prior to our arrival. (Excessive trash will result in a $20 excessive trash collection fee.)We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

You must provide access to a water source and a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the vehicle if required for the booked services. If these are not available, please inform us during booking, and we will discuss alternative arrangements.

Please secure any pets or children in a safe location away from the work area.

You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage or conditions to the vehicle prior to the commencement of services.

5. Pre-Inspection

Upon arrival, we will conduct a brief pre-inspection of your vehicle with you to assess its condition and identify any existing damage, such as scratches, dents, paint imperfections, stains, or tears.

This pre-inspection is for documentation purposes only and helps to establish the vehicle's condition prior to the commencement of our services.

You will be given the opportunity to point out any areas of concern or pre-existing damage.

While we will take note of these existing conditions, our detailing services are intended to clean and enhance the appearance of your vehicle and will not repair pre-existing damage.

By proceeding with the services, you acknowledge and agree to the documented pre-existing conditions of your vehicle.

6. Aftermarket Parts Disclaimer

We will take reasonable care when cleaning and detailing vehicles with aftermarket parts or modifications. However, Soapland LLC assumes no liability for any damage, malfunction, or adverse effects that may occur to these aftermarket parts during or after our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage to custom paint jobs, non-factory installed electronics, modified suspension systems, aftermarket wheels, wraps, decals, or any other non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components.

If you request us to clean or detail specific aftermarket parts, we will do so to the best of our ability, but you acknowledge that this is done at your own risk. We recommend consulting with the original installer or manufacturer for specific cleaning and maintenance instructions for your aftermarket parts.

7. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

We will perform the agreed-upon services with reasonable care and skill.

While we take utmost care, minor scratches or swirl marks may occasionally occur during the cleaning process, especially on vehicles with pre-existing imperfections. We are not liable for such minor imperfections.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty materials, or manufacturing defects in your vehicle.

Our liability for any loss or damage caused by our negligence or breach of these terms is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We reserve the right to refuse to perform certain services if we deem them to be beyond our capabilities or potentially damaging to the vehicle or its components, including aftermarket parts.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by providing us with 48 hours prior notice.

Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee.

48+ hours notice: No fee
24-48 hours notice: $80 fee
Less than 24 hours notice: $150 fee
No call/No show: Full service amount charged up to $250
Client not present or vehicle unable to be detailed upon arrival: Full service amount charged up to $250

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment malfunction). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please notify us within [Specify timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] of the service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

Any complaints or disputes should be communicated to us in writing to our email: soapland777@gmail.com and will be addressed in a timely manner.

Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to the cost of the services provided and does not include refunds for issues arising from pre-existing conditions or damage, including to aftermarket parts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Soapland LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Soapland LLC regarding the provision of mobile detailing services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Services at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise communicating them to you. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Services.
